I'm finally home..today started with driving lesson at bbdc which i was 15 minutes late for..terrible you know..took cab from bukit gombak somemore and wasted $2.50..2.50 is still money..anyway i managed to book my practical test finally which will be on 19 May in the afternoon..that's like more than one month away and i'm most probably gonna book only 2 revision lessons cos it's so ex..sheesh one month 2 lessons..hope i won't forget the important stuff..quite worried i'll fail actually.i've heard quite a few failures already..witnessed one today too. haha this guy was doing vertical parking(damn easy)n i think he was so damn nervous he striked curb..so poor thing!! 10 points gone like that..not fated..he even got a tester whom my instructor said is very kind. Hope i'll get a kind tester too..pls pls pls..

Slacked a while at tian's place first before he sent me to orchard, we were sleeping most of the time..lazing around is so good..haha anyway I finally got to meet the class again for dinner this time at Rice Table, International Building. Surprising how small guys' appetites are when it comes to buffet..andrew fang was the only one who went for third, fourth round. we ordered too much food in the end n were struggling to finish up cos we felt so bad. Hope everyone enjoyed the food..quite a few pple did not turn up in the end..tracy..sarah n jen..but well we managed to do a lot of catching up..found out what the guys are doing now in army..n got to know the uni prospects of the class..only confirmed one i guess right now is tse yang who's heading for yale no matter what haha. I foresee a lot of doctors in my class and i really hope my class will turn out to be like tian's class with about 15 doctors!! that's like wwwoooowww. Didn't really know what to say to those who did not get the letter of shortlisting by nus med..everyone's talking about medicine n overseas uni and they're still so brave, smiling with everyone else. What pam said is true..our career or future is not determined by our passion for sth but by the government. haha where's our free will..seriously we have none. I really think that our path is already planned out for us..we're just waiting for it to reveal itself as time goes by. Tse yang said it's so boring that most of us are going to be doctors. haha i agree..but that's how it is. that's why we're called med fac..that's the choice some of us are influenced to make..that's the area some of us have grown to be interested in.

I hope my friends who could not be shortlisted into medicine have an alternative road paved out for them..I hope that they are able to accept this alternative route and be brave to overcome all unhappiness and challenges that they may face along the way. I hope i'd remember to tell myself this if nus med doesn't want me..i hope i wouldn't have to. if only no one has to..

Ms Teh and her boyfriend made a special appearance after dinner to say hi. Poor Ms Teh is so busy with school and still has to write so many reference letters for us..good that she has her boyfriend to shower her with tender loving care..haha they're like the perfect match you know..they look alike..same body size..both good looking and i believe they share the same interests and have strong faiths too..I was just telling tian i can't wait to attend her wedding. I'm so thankful and glad that i've got a young and kind civic tutor whom I can talk to and also my whole class is very comfortable with her. We were so caught up talking that we forgot to take pictures!! sheesh but nvm there're always more chances to come. I'm so glad i got to talk to everyone again!! our lifes are just so happening and different now!

Really wanted to attend Jen's baptism tml at her Church but painfully decided not to because i'm supposed to have lunch with my family and tian..so sorry jen. What an important day for her and i bet she's so excited!!

Shall head for bed now..50 mins past my bed time haha May tomorrow be a happy day!
