Just like that

That's it..the end of the amazing race. Yeap the end. My favourite team did not win.Rob and Amber, the most competitive team in my opinion, did not win the Amazing Race. Maybe everyone knows it long time ago but I follow the channel 5 show. Everyone's happy that the good-guy team won..yes tian said it's good that they win cos they're really kind-hearted. yes of course I know that..but the thing is are they the best team? now comes the definition best. I've gotten to like Rob and Amber just cos they're good at the race. I love their competitive nature and their confidence!! But this last leg..yes Ron was right..Rob had fear in his eyes. ARRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Still need sometime to accept this reality. I should be happy I know. You should have seen how freaked out and nervous I was just now watching the show. Prancing up and down the living room..grabbing and pulling tian's arm till I irritated him..shouting away "quick quick!!! Come On Man!!!!! AaARRRRGHHHHH" yeap..my heart was beating so damn fast!! I'm a huge Amazing Race fan. Not a crazy reality show fan but only Amazing Race. and I would say, Only this season, simply because we recognise a team!! I think I've never watched Amazing Race this way before. Before this it's tian's favourite..I watched it with him and had been quite neutral to the precious competitors. Though they already had 1 million to their name, though they're not kind and insensitive at times and call pple names..sometimes too cocky too..One thing they can do is to control their emotions and they never flare up as far as I remember. And they're good at racing..love their competitive nature perhaps cos I'm a rather competitive person too. Haiz I'm just tramatised now..I've been sighing all the way till now. There's something seriously wrong with me I know. Guess Rob and Amber have sort of become my idols in this race. It's just disappointing. But let's accept fate. God did not want them to win I guess..they're not meant to win..they're meant to prove to pple that not only can they survive out in the jungle, in the wild..they also do very well racing around the world!! Everyone knows they're good. But the good does not usually win.

What I take home from this reality show, I guess would be that we should never be as cold or unhelpful or critical of our competitors. That's just not good sportmanship and shows that you're just proud and narrow-minded. 2nd thing would be that at the most intense moment, the most critical moment, one important thing we need to do is to remain clear-headed..calm, and be humble. When in doubt, one should always ask. I love to ask questions, see nothing wrong with that and if it's a stupid question, everyone can simply laugh it off. When we ask, we always gain something. 3rd..time is precious. No time to cry..no time to whine. Grab every minute you have, run if you can. Meet with a problem, fix it immediately. Life's short and time's always catching up on us so grab every opportunity you have. Last thing I learnt is, no use praying last minute..Luck plays 50% in every thing we pursue. Do you believe in fate? Has God planned all this? So if Rob and Amber are not meant to win this race, what am I meant to do in the future? (the english there sounds wrong..hmm)

Way past bedtime..Amazing Race ended at 12.30pm and I need so time to cool down hence I'm really not sleepy at all though it's an hour and half after 12. Had a quick celebration for my darling jon-jon who turns THREE this very day. Can't wait to develo the photos so that I can display them at home. Time for new photoframes~!!
