Innerpeace

Nothing much to blog these few days..life's been normal with me going for driving very often and work then tuition..most of my time outside work is spent with tian. Sometimes my home really feels like a hotel for me and that is very bad..i'm very conscious of myself spending so little time at home but..i don't know..haiz in life you gotta make so many choices..like spending time with your family, or boyfriend..or driving, shopping..blah blah..so free yet so busy..I must go home for dinner more often..can't let my absence at home affect my relationship with my dearest family..come to think of it..I haven't spoken to my sis for a long time too cos she's alsleep by the time I reach home..don't even know when she's leaving for KL..

Yeap..we're all in the process of processing our university applications and I plan to do mine tml. Just read the NUS website but I wanna go through it more thoroughly one weekend at home. Still thinking about my 3rd choice of course..n don't know whether or not to apply to SMU..everyone's saying in case in case..I don't even want business to be my 'in case'..

I was astounded when I read jamie's blog n heard that pple are encouraging her to pursue medicine. How do you encourage one to pursue medicine when you don't know whether or not the person is at all interested in a medical career..n such a big decision..how can it be made on the spur of the moment? I have considered Medicine as a career for 2+ years and finally set my heart on it..but only now do i know that the chances of getting the course is less than 1% (1/100) so like wow..I'm lost. N don't know why pple are telling me that many pple are interested in medicine suddenly this year..n that means my chances are going down..

sigh I really hope not only mine..but also my friends' dreams will come true..I'd be so happy to be schoolmates with celene..sarah..bernard..andrew fang..n a lot more pple..of course I can't be with baorong n wingyee cos they're choosing overseas education(lucky pple~!)..

But anyhow..application results will be out in May and I hope everyone made the right choices and get what they want!!

Oh by the way, Amazing Race is so cool and sets your heart thumping away as you race with the 8 contestants..haha so exciting..my favourite reality show..somehow my thing for american idol is dying down slowly..
