Memoir

I love you I love you I love you. And I loved every moment of tonight with you. I had a fantastic, delicious dinner in this tiny but beautiful and romantic restaurant with the signature black and white floral wallpaper, and was served by a very polite, helpful and friendly waiter (ok fine..almost all restaurants have good waiters, but if I remembered correctly, the waiters at OSO weren't so open and friendly. This waiter who served us made my experience there more memorable heh). With every dish, the waiter will ask us if the food is alright and we'll be 'yes it's very good!!'. Then, during our main course, the waiter treated us to drinks, mine's called Illusion and I can't remember what Tian's drink is called. Anyway the waiter mixed it himself and ya basically it's not on the menu yet, it's sort of his new invention. haha I had the nicer drink! but I couldn't appreciate the effort he put into 'mixing' the drink because I can't tell what it consisted. Anyway more to come, so the main course - mine's beef and Tian's duck - was definitely up to standard and I enjoyed the food so much, especially my foie gras again hahah and ohh Tian's duck was so so good la..I don't have many adjectives to describe how delicious the food is..but anyway the waiter sort of told the chef that we were enjoying our dinner and after our main course, we had some red wine cherry, complementary of the chef! It was very nice you know!! And it served to cleanse our palates too, in preparation for dessert haha. the chef was so nice!!

But I guess why tonight was so romantic is because we got to talk a lot..about almost everything..like your childhood experience with your ghost cat saviour hahaha! And I like to admire your face as you tell me about your vision for your future shophouse-like house along Chinatown. hehe. especially on a rare day like this when you'd gel your hair and be absolutely charming in your Guess shirt. Haha I look pregnant in the photo above, blame the dress =p.

Tian made me put this picture up, this is not my car, not Tian's car. It's Tian's mum's new BMW..it was previously silver in colour without the shark fin thingy. Because the car is new, I haven't been practising my driving skills for months. Soon I'll get to drive again I hope.

I took this picture for Mich Loh. We found this little thing somewhere near Tian's house's main door, and took quite a while to chase it out of the house using his mum's pointy heels haha. Good thing Mich wasn't there, think she's going to avoid going to Tian's place haha. Initially I told Tian to pick up the toad or frog since he had the chance to hold a much bigger one during the NUS Centennial Car Rally at Jurong Frog Farm. But he said this toad is a wild one hence it may struggle. haha those fat ones at Jurong Frog Farm are so guai and just stayed still for the guys to carry them up. Think they might be traumatised.

I'll blog more about today soon..my work is calling out to me now..
