NUS Dance Blast! 1st ExxonMobil Campus Concerts (EMCC) '09
This is the reason why I'm never available on MondayWednesdayFriday nights and Sunday afternoons for the whole of January. It was about one month of intensive practices for a one-night-only concert. I'm glad I did this concert and didn't pull out of any item because no matter how tiring it was juggling dance with 3 modules, FYP, tuition and squash, I learnt a lot from the choreographers and fellow dancers, challenged myself physically and mentally, and got to know many Blast! people better too. I hope I'll never stop dancing.
The video below was perhaps the other biggest highlight of the night for all of us, other than our intense dance performances. Intense because every item was seriously super tiring though it might not look like it.

A Valentine's day surprise from Weilong, who is in LA for SEP, to his girlfriend, Sharon, both of whom are fellow dancers from Blast! It's seriously damn freaking romantic and sweet, I teared the first time I watched it, when we were all gathered on stage after our pre-concert group warm-up and they played the video on the huge screen. Damn off since the video isn't for me, but I wasn't the only one - many other girls and even guys teared too, and of course Sharon teared until her fake eyelashes fell out. Seriously the sweetest and most sincere thing I've even seen a guy do for a girl. The Blast! guys complained that Weilong "spoil market!!" haha!
