Mission Impossible

Somebody please tell me or provide me with proof that Emirates is a good airline provider!! My mummy just shocked Tian and I last night by saying no to us flying Emirates to Europe, and worse, she even considered Thai Air and Malaysian Airlines no good!! My mummy wants us to take Singapore Airlines for such long distance flight, like Wahhhh my mum's suddenly so rich now, to think that I was frantically searching the cheapest air ticket to London and was so excited when I found the $1111 ticket we're holding now, flying by Emirates. Emirates is how established right!! **knocks head on the wall** That was the funniest thing I've heard my mum say ok..but she said she's going to check with her colleague who flies regularly by UAE. I just checked and the SIA plane ticket will cost 500 bucks more than the Emirates ticket and 300 more than the Thai Air ticket.


On another note, I caught MI III with Mich, Roy and Tian yesterday night!! With 4 bucks free-seating tickets which Roy bought from yahoo auctions, despite seating at the 3rd row from the front, we enjoyed the show!! Tian said it's better than MI II, but Mich and I can remember nothing from the previous MIs, we think this one is good enough!! It was actually quite exciting, makes you heart beat faster then stop beating, then beat again kind of effect haha. And though I very well know that most of such shows have happy endings, for a moment I thought Tom Cruise was REALLY going to die!! And I took quite a while to realise that Laurence Fishburne is actually not the bad guy!! So I thought it was a good twist to the story plot! So basically, I enjoy the show not because of Tom Cruise haha. He's not tall, dark and handsome, so I guess there's no reason to go crazy over him at all. The girls in the show are all taller than him loh, except maybe Maggie Q. And I was surprised that Keri Russell played such a small role in the show! She appeared for less than a quarter of the show and was all dirty and bloody beyond recognition. I guess the luckiest was Maggie Q, who get to drive the gorgeous orange car and wear that red, bare-back dress which screams SOOOO HOT. She looks very good indeed. Next up, The Da Vinci Code!!! It better not be disappointing like Memoirs man..
