An afternoon of indulgence with the bioengineers during the midterm break at Hilton's. I went down after lab, with high hopes of a large variety of cakes that will leave me spoilt for choices. The verdict? Don't bother with this chocolate and dessert buffet. For a freaking 30 bucks, the cakes that you see in the photos below were pretty much all there was to the buffet. The only consolation was the free flow of coffee and tea so I had my large cup of coffee and also tea cos I was just so sleepy from lab since 7.30am that morning. I should have gone for a second round of all the cakes there but I was so full on tea and coffee. Shucks. Nevertheless, it was a nice afternoon just chilling at the bar, pretending to be highclass and rich among the tourists and businessmen, but I think our laughing and loud voices gave us away. And Sandip+Vinodh=sick.
