Was going to wait till I get all the photos from Wenkien and Hazel before I blog about Hwee Ying's 21st birthday party last Thursday, but I can't wait to show you guys some really good pictures taken but this photographer called Jonathan.

Birthday girl receiving our present. Hope you like the Aldo bag babe! 2nd day of present-hunting for Hwee Ying saw me stepping into Aldo @ Vivocity 3 times. First time by myself, parading in front of the mirror with more than 4 choices of nice bags and calling Mich for help. 2nd time was 2 hrs later, with Mich, where we began our debate on which bag suits Hwee Ying more and of course we couldn't come to a conclusion because she hates the bags that I like haha. 3rd time was 1 hr later with Tian, whom we needed to make the final, unbias decision. Haha he too doesn't like the plastic-looking bag which I fancied. Only that very helpful male shop assistant had the same taste as me! haha!
Tian and I with Zhenjin. Why did the photographer blur Zhenjin's face! He didn't tell us who he was taking and he just had his pro camera up all the time, quietly taking photos of everyone. I want to learn to take such pictures too, where you only focus on the object and blur the background. I can't do that with a normal Canon Ixus, is it?

My turn. I don't know how he managed to take these 2 solo pictures because Tian and I were siting close to each other. We were listening to the band actually, looking at this female singer who was so stylish and acting so cool with her funky cowboy-like hat.
Me with more medicine girls, Yanping in green and Christine in black. Christine was looking very retro that night, especially the way she did her hair - she wore a headband I think, and her earrings. Oh, the theme for the party was mod. What a tough theme, Hwee Ying!
Hwee Ying making her birthday wish in the company of Nat. I think she looked so good with the hairband which Mich chose for her. I wonder if she made 21 wishes hehe. It was a great party with people all over, medicine mixed with RJ mixed with RG. Hope it was an unforgettable night for her.
